Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy (Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico excluded). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items that do not meet these conditions or fall outside the return window are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any return without tags will be charged a 30% restocking fee

To start a return, you can contact us through the contact form on our site If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, there is a flat rate of $10 for return shipping that will be deducted from your refund. We will also send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return fees will be waived for exchanges in the form of free shipping for new orders.  

Refunds
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your refund from the day we receive your package. Please remember it can take an additional 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
